Please choose carefully. Refunds do not apply to items ordered incorrectly. By placing an order with Dad's Pool Shop you accept that the ownership of and risk of the goods, passes to the customer upon payment of the goods and when the goods have been dispatched with the carrier. Dad's Pool Shop accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of items sent by Australia Post, CouriersPlease, or any other courier and transportation forms. Some items provide a manufacturer's warranty. If the item is within warranty please contact your local dealer. Dad's Pool Shop will be happy to refer you to the manufacturer's customer service hotline for assistance with operating difficulties or product repairs. Alternatively, you may choose to return the item to us. If the warranty claim is valid the repaired/replacement item will be redelivered. No refunds will be issued for invalid warranty claims. Please note, all return, handling and redelivery costs are at the expense of the customer.
